1. Anthem Part 2
This is a song that I’m super proud of-it is really all about being a kid and feeling like f**k, if everybody says I’m f**ked up, and I’m wrong, and I need to act differently, then hey, its your fault (the adults) cause they are the ones that choose my schools, laws, and well...you get the picture.

2. Online Songs
Have you ever broken up with a girl? Yeah, me too. This song is about the thoughts that drive you crazy when a relationship ends. Tom knows this feeling really well. He has no friends. Girls hate him, and with good reason. So I guess this song is really about Tom and how he hates it when girls break his heart.

3. First Date
Every dude gets nervous shit whether we admit it or not. I thought about the first date I had with my lady and put every one of those feelings in this song. I always envy girls. If they want a kiss, its super easy, they just open their face and do it. For a guy, you got to hope to God that she wants one. If not you are a chump and you go home a wounded soldier. –Has anyone ever kissed someone with bad breath? –Don’t ever kiss someone who eats dog shit.

4. Happy Holidays, You Bastard
This song is the one that really pisses your parents off. I wrote this song on Christmas Eve, because I was way behind on wrapping presents, and rather than take care of the problem, I picked up a guitar and wrote a f**ked up song about it. I finished wrapping them at about three in the morning.

5. Story Of A Lonely Guy
Another song about heartache. I remember always feeling like the world might be a little different if everybody wasn’t such a pussy and said what they wanted to people they liked. The problem is, people are too scared of rejection. How many times have you seen somebody somewhere, but didn’t say a thing. Next time, f**k it, if you like someone, say something the worst thing that could happen is they’ll smile and say "thanks" or "no thanks." –Note- The little "duh da duhs" are inspired from listening to David Bowie in the skateboard film "The End."

6. The Rock Show
A few years ago there used to be a club in San Diego called Soma. It was covered with graffiti, it stunk, it was made of concrete and metal so the sound sucked and the toilets were always overflowing. It was the best. We loved it. We used to watch bands play there every weekend. Blink-182 began in this club. This song is about those days. Soma isn’t around anymore. The city hates it when kids have somewhere to go and hang out. F**k them.

7. Stay Together For The Kids
Divorce sucks. Its so f**ked. But hey, I’m not the only one to go through it. I guess parents are people too. –Just lock yourself in your room, mine was my personal own sanctuary.

8. Roller Coaster
I used to date this girl, and I couldn’t tell anyone about it. The whole situation sucked, so I wrote a song about it.

9. Reckless Abandon
Everybody has old summer memories. This is my song about going to the beach and hanging with my homeslices. This song is about going skateboarding from twelve noon to twelve-midnight everyday of the week. And most of all its about going to parties when people's parents were gone. This is a song about kids wrecking the town and leaving a sign to the next generation...one that they will have to top.

10. Everytime I Look For You
I honestly have no idea what this one is about.

11. Give Me One Good Reason
I felt like I was the only one in high school who liked my kind of music. Punk rock was only listened to by me and a couple of skinhead friends of mine (anti-racist skins). Since seventh grade that’s all I ever listened to. Punk rock to me is about being who you are and hating everyone else. Luckily there happens to be some music to go along with the feeling. Never ever try to be like the popular kids. F**k them *regardless of what people say, I’ve been a punker since seventh grade, when most of our fans were in kindergarten. So never conform, love who you are. F**kers.

12. Shut Up
Throughout life, people will try to control you, tell you how you should live, what you should think, how you should act. This is my message to those people. Like bad religion says - "Everybody knows what’s good for you..."

13. Please Take Me Home
Everybody falls in love with at one time or another a friend of theirs. A girlfriend. Not a dude friend. Unless of course you like dudes and that’s fine too. Anyway, this song is crazy influenced by one of my favorite bands, Fugazi. This is one of my top fav’z songs on the record. I think it sounds so cool, it just has a cool groove to it. Next record will have more songs like this. These songs are fun to play. Oh yeah, girls take hearts and eat them, beware dudes.
